Architecture and Design Services

BBS offers "one-stop/one-shop" comprehensive design services to our customers. A team of associated licensed professionals who are experienced with structural panel technology are assigned, on a contract basis, to work with each individual client. Each of these professionals has worked with BBS clients for several years; they are experts and they are cost effective.

Fred Stoenner, Architect

Fred has over 35 years of experience designing and building homes. He has extensive "hands-on" construction experience, having worked for many years as a licensed general contractor before becoming a design professional. He has been a licensed architect since 1996.

Fred has designed numerous residential projects, with a consistent emphasis on resource-efficient construction methods. His designs typically incorporate SIPs, insulated concrete forms (ICF's), recycled and manufactured lumber products, strawbale walls, and a variety of other earth-friendly building materials.

Commercial designs are also a major focus of Fred's practice. Completed projects include office buildings, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, healthcare facilities, sports facilities and multi-family housing. David Wright, AIA

David has over 30 years of architectural experience. Nationally certified and licensed in several states, he has specialized in passive solar, energy efficient and environmentally attuned architectural design throughout his career.

David has won numerous design honors and awards. He authored three books on solar design and his work has been published in numerous publications such as Sunset Magazine, Popular Science, Better Homes & Gardens, and House Beautiful.

David has over ten years experience with SIPs.
