Getting Started ...

1. Choose a NatureHouse® plan or let us know you want to work with one of our affiliates to develop a custom home design.

2. Meet with a BBS associate to determine what components (SIPs, ICFs, etc.) are best for your design.

3. Establish a time line for the development of your plans and obtaining building permits.

4. Work with your BBS associate during the planning stage to establish your construction budget and building permits.

5. Meet with one or more BBS affiliated builders to choose who will help you build your dream home or bring your own builder if you have already determined who you wish to work with.

6. Once your plans are approved by your building department, we are ready to work with you to build your "SIP dream home."
